Facilitates the inclusion of persons with diabilities in the cultural life in Finland.

Promotes participation by disabled people on all levels of art and creativity full participation and accessibility by disabled people both as producers and as consumers of art and culture.

Raises awareness of the contribution of disabled artists to the current art scene.

Encourages training, workshops and other events within the field of culture for and with disabled people.

Co-operates with national and international organisations to promote art and creativity by and with disabled people.
